I think as the cost of fuel has risen so much over the past ten years so has the cost of food because of transportation. I worked for the Dairy Industry for many years and I remember a time when the company I worked for actually had to stop selling to small customers because they did not make enough in sales to justify spending the fuel to deliver the product.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
